    I have always had really good interactions with Verizon and their employees. However, this was not one of those times. I had gone in hoping to resolve an issue, and a young guy helped me. He explained to me about the situation but then proceeded to tell me there was nothing he could do until I called customer service. He said he couldn't even sell me a phone until that was taken care of, that they would have to cancel it for me, and then I would need to come back. He said once they did, it would take 24 hours until it could be fixed the following day. We really cannot afford for that to be the case since we have young children and need to be able to get along with each other in case of emergencies. Maybe the guy was new or young, but when I got home, I called customer service like he instructed. They were absolutely fabulous!! It took about 20 minutes to actually talk to someone and an additional hour and a half to figure out the issue, but we fixed it. The gentleman I started talking to tried several times to fix it, but he couldn't, but he was so awesome and helpful. He ended up getting me on the phone with someone else, whom I explained the issue to as well as what the guy had said at the store. She apologized and said, as well, that they should have been able to fix it and that she was sorry we had that experience. I was on hold here and there and gave her the information she needed, and within about 20 minutes of being on the phone with her, she had fixed the problem and had everyone working. I really just wanted to highlight that the customer service agents were phenomenal in comparison to the guy in the store today. I will not be returning to that store in the future!

    Its a trap! A total nightmare. Dont sign up. Worst customer service, they promised to apply both a bundling discount and a employer discount, but they continue to overcharge me since day one. customer service is so incompetent that I cant even log into my account because account verification doesnt work and password reset doesnt work. I would cancel if I could get into my account. Also, promised a $200 home depot gift card that they never gave me.
