Came in a couple days ago and was helped by Hannah who made sure I was able to find everything I needed and introduced me to some new products that Im in love with Highly recommend Hannah for all your questions and any assistance needed in store!

I noticed that Mane and Tgin hair growth vitamins were expired. Some products had expired since 2022 and were still on the shelf being sold full price. I mentioned to a staff member, who seemed to be the supervisor and the best explanation she came up with is that the expiration dates could be just dates and she tried to justify why the products were on the shelf. It is sad that such products would be sold to customers while they have expired.

Steer away at all cause. I came to buy a few things and ended up leaving it due to the poor customer service. The perfume section was in complete disarray. I had to ask a cashier for help in order to locate a perfume I was looking for since I really liked a sample I tried. Her response was whats out there is all that we have with an attitude and kept counting her cash register. I then told her its hard to locate an item when things are not in order or in place. I then realized another woman was trying to steal and I told the worker that and she responded with an attitude and said she was well aware. I immediately dropped the items I was going to buy and walked out. I refuse to purchase and give my hard earned money to a bunch of ingrates who fail to realize that in order for them to get paid or have a job, sales need to be had. Thats why its called a storeI typically go to the Westwood location which is nice and organized and the workers are extremely friendly and most of all helpful. But the Framingham location is the complete opposite.
