Practice interested in making money not patient care. Incompetent front desk staff. Did not bill me then sent me to collections over $25 copay!After my regular dermatologist retired I tried Dr. Urato and Framingham Dermatology. The Doctor did not provide the exam she left that to one of her staff. I was told that many spots needed to be biopsied. The same small freckles that had been there for years and no other  office has been concerned about. Of course they told me not to worry they were nothing...but lets test them anyways. I am concerned that they are running these tests just for the insurance payments. They all came back benign. I left the office with the sinking feeling like I had been scammed.

As soon as I walked in I felt comfortable, and every employee there was super nice and knew what they were talking about. This is the fifth doctor Ive been to for this issue and its my last! Finally found a place where I can get the help I need!

Receptionists/ front desk/ customer service/ from doctors office should be modest, have empathy, patience or they should at least try, 2 people in this office are terribly impossible , an older lady and a young guy Jack , both have a super power, the super power to make the other person feel like they are in there as superior beans and not to help the patient with patience. Every time I had to call them for some reason I had a panic attack after the fact. Both are extremely unfriendly , impatient, rude, they should be better trained as they are in the health care field talking with people with health issues. Not in a bar. keep in mind some times isnt much what you say but how you sayEveryone whos calling a doctors office is in some kind of pain, if you cant be understanding is time for a new job.
