Incredibly rude staff in the pharmacy. I just called to asked if they had a certain medication in stock and the attitude the lady gave me was insane. The men that work there are nice and cordial. The women are not. What a surprise!

Horrible customer service and racist stuff. manager watched me and my sister pay for our items. felt very uncomfortable.

Karen on the front end was incredibly helpful. In these times where so many contacts are so impersonal, it's really nice to see someone who is engaging and friendly. Thank you !

My husband went to pick up a prescription for me. The lady at the pharmacy register, Minai, asked for his last name. He told her. She then asked for his last name again. He repeated it again and spelled it out. She again said, "last name." He repeated it again. Amazingly, she requested "last name" yet again. He told her again. A fifth time she said, "last name." At this point He said he was confused and was not sure what was going on. She did not respond. Finally, another lady working at the pharmacy comes over (unfortunately, we did not get her name). She has apparently heard my last name one of the five times and repeats it - and at this point Minai starts entering in the info to the computer - although she has still not acknowledged that my husband is even there. The other lady that came over starts aggressively asking what the problem is. He explains that he has been repeating my name to Minai with no response from her. She starts acting like he is causing a problem and rolls her eyes at him. Never once does Minai even speak to him to address this whole very odd situation. Neither Minai nor the other lady working in the pharmacy explains what is going on - the first is silent and the latter is accusing. He does eventually get the prescriptions for me - but without any explanation of what was going on. I don't think I have ever had such a poor customer service experience. I will never be going to this pharmacy again.
