Atlas Glass & Mirror

More than five months ago Atlas picked up my patio table to have the glass replaced. They told me to expect two to three weeks turnaround. Today , five months later, I got the table back. They blame the issue on the fabricators mistakes. I didn't hire the fabricator I hired Atlas. they seem like nice people but that didn't help. This was an extremely frustrating experience. My take is that there was no sense of urgency and extremely poor follow up on their part with the fabricator to push the project through to completion. The communication was terrible. I had to call nearly every week but most of the time they did't ans the phone and the mailbox was full. Really didn't get any follow up until I went to their office in person . I don't sense this is business they wanted. That would have been fine . they should not have accepted the job. They need to either find another fabricator or not take on business they don't want. I am going to pay them right away because that is the right thing to do. They should never have billed me. that would have been the right thing to do on their part. I guess we have different standards. Very poor business decision on their part.

I needed a very large, custom shaped glass panel for a shower screen. Several shops insisted it couldn’t be done, wouldn’t fit, or simply never got back to me. Tom at Atlas glass exceeded all my expectations. He agreed that if my draft measurements were correct that they could do it. He WANTED to do it. He saw the same challenges I did and thrived on it. He measured, I double checked, he measured again, I double checked again….and then the largest piece of glass outside a skyscraper showed up along with 5 of Tom’s crew. Moving it through the doorways with less than an inch clearance sometimes was no small task, nor was rotating the panel, but it fits perfectly and it is amazing. Even better I thought the price was more than fair.

They did a great job replacing one of the sealed units in a bay window. Quick and clean with a great price. Far cheaper than the Renew option. Highly recommended.

Tom and his group did a great job on fixing our attic window glass. Not only they fixed the glass but fixed overall window structure without me asking for it. Very happy with their service. Thanks,
