How wrong I was when I rated this business 5 stars a couple of months ago. It started all good with me placing order and waiting for installation. However it took more than 2 weeks between templating and installation of the counter. I was promised a few days initially. Secondly when counter was delivered team broke glass in my storm door. Glass is everywhere and I am keep trying to clean it up. It's been 2 weeks since they removed my door and I have no clue when it will be returned. Thirdly I ordered a kitchen sink from that place and SURPRISE!  one week later I see rust on itI contacted the store and never heard back from them on when and how sink will be replaced. Customer service is terrible and team don't want to listen to anything or support clients if there are any problems Would not recommend that place to anyone

The general consensus of this company appears to be very accurate; if everything goes perfectly, you get a great result; if something goes wrong, you're on your own.  We had Stonework update our kitchen floor and counters.  Everything went well until the last phase, with the installation of the counter backsplash.  Due to the necessity of moving outlets forward to accommodate the installation, they messed up the wiring in one outlet.  Since I didn't catch this immediately, I wrote the final check for the job.  After noticing this issue, I attempted to contact the company to fix this problem but received no reply.Now I'm paying an electrician to come in to fix their mistake.This is a small thing but appears to be indicative of their approach to their installation projects.

Bad experience. I don't recommend to anybody and be aware of the owner's fake promises .too expensive, I would recommend to search at other stores.

Had a great experience going to Stoneworks! Eddie worked with my budget and got me a beautiful countertop that I absolutely love. I received a quote really fast and had the install done quick and easily. I am very satisfied.
