My friend recommended Pro Comfort when our dogs decided to eat all of the wiring to our air conditioning unit this Winter so we were in need of a repair. Ryan came out promptly and was so knowledgeable and friendly! Our dogs did way more damage than we thought and we needed a full A/C replacement. Ryan and his team walked us through the whole process with MassSave and gave us very clear options and pricing. The day of the install they were on time, the installation team was personable, respectful of the house, and so efficient. We are thrilled with the work they did and who knew that an A/C system could look so beautiful! They also helped fix some items that a previous company mishandled. I would recommend them 1000X over. During my search for a heat pump installation company, I came across Pro Comfort. I was at first a little skeptical at the fact there were only 5 star reviews.
After meeting with Ryan and having Pro Comfort replace my heating system, I now know why they are all 5 stars; THEY DESERVE 5 STARS!
First, they returned my call right away, scheduled an appointment right away and followed up with an estimate the same day.
They coordinated a repairman to seal up an old hole from a previous unit and it was done in a day. They brought in a electrician to redo my panel as needed the next day and installed the new units 1 day later. If not for a weekend this whole job would have been done from appt to install in 2 or 3 days with only a few days lead time.
Installers were neat, clean, friendly and professional, explaining their plan and how to use and maintain the new system without any prompting.
Truly one of the few good contracting experiences I have had in the 5 homes I have owned in 30 years.
Follow up: I called them to speak about water heater options and Ryan tookl the time to speak to me about all of my options. We made the decision to go in a direction and once again Ryan and his team did a great job. As before they went above and beyond noticing a leak that had nothing to do with their work and repairing it as well as checking other elements of my heating and gas pipes.
With Pro comfort being a standout in service and professionalism, I wish the other contractors that I have used in the last few years were half as good and professional. Thanks Pro-comfort. Services: Heating system installation, HVAC duct & vent installation

We had heat pumps, mini splits and a water heater installed in no time. Ryan and his team exceeded our expectations. His team of knowledgeable, professional, talented and caring individuals did a superb job. Additionally, the vendors he hires are top notch. The site was cleaned and nothing was left behind. Working with the Pro Comfort Control team was a great experience from start to finish. We received a few quotes and suggestions from different vendors how to solve the heating/cooling in our split-level ranch. Pro Comfort Control was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but my wife and I felt as though Ryan's solution (a fully ductless approach) made the most sense for our needs, and so far we couldn't be happier.
All workers we interacted with during the installation were knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. Alex was very helpful with all rebate, tax, and loan information. The only negative about the whole process: installation took one day longer than originally anticipated due to faulty electrical wiring in my house; no fault of the Pro Comfort Control team and they fixed everything to make sure we were safe and future-proofed at no additional cost.
We love our new ductless system; it's providing great climate control in every room, and is operating more efficiently and saving us money on our bills. I would highly recommend working with Pro Comfort Control for all your heating or cooling needs.
