Quiet, new, well-appointed rooms, in a discreet location, with convenient amenities. I could not be happier to have found a great place to stay for frequent visits to the area this year. Before I even arrived for the first time, I spoke with Praise over the phone when I needed a special accommodation-- she took care of it with sincerity and professionalism. All of the staff has been wonderful to meet-- welcoming, kind-hearted, and helpful in a natural way. Julia once very kindly offered me an ice pack after I explained that I was in some pain. I am writing this after my fourth stay. ***Thank you***

Praise who was the front desk associate was incredibly nice and caring and helped with issues. Lisa the manager was kind with some extra assistance as well. Joseph at night kind and genius in disguise. Overall very grateful to Praise and others. Thank you all!

Five million stars for the staff Julia checked me in and was so kind throughout our visit. Other staff members were equally welcoming - people are doing their jobs, I dont expect or need anyone to acknowledge me while they are working, but legit everyone took a sec to smile and nod. That is so appreciated and welcome. As an actual extended stay the renovation is nice but there are wooden dowels holding up the tiny dishwasher, there is only one burner, breakfast is meh - but they have breakfast, which is always a bonus. And the staff is what really makes the stay.
