Rapid Response Plumbing and HVAC

I have used Rapid Response a number of times over the past few years. I was having no luck with plumbers when I first called them, as most plumbers are good but are in such heavy demand that I couldn't get them to even call me back. These guys did and have been terrific. They have replaced my water heater and fixed my heating. They even changed a sink fixture when I couldn't figure out how to do it no matter how many youtube videos I watched. It was really simple but he comforted me in my lack of knowledge. He actually taught me what to do. Which is really cool. So I don't know why there are negative reviews but I can only say that these guys have been better than great to me. Called with what we thought was a plumbing issue. They were able to come right away and did a very thorough search for an issue. Turns out to not be a plumbing problem which led us to the tile issue. Thanks for your prompt and thorough inspection!
