I have to say pretty bad experience with all doctors and hospitals in Massachusetts. This is where it all starts. The staff kept harassing my wife while she waited in the lobby as I was in the doctor. The doctors and nurses were routinely 15 minutes-1 hour late. The doctor (Dr Lee) didnt know how to help me with my pain and the specialist he referred me to was the WORST. The specialist misdiagnosed and set me back 3 years of my life. Dont EVER go to a MA hospital or primary care.

They wouldnt take my husbands pain seriously and let him get worse for over a year. When he was finally able to be seen at another hospital it turned out that because he had not been diagnosed properly he needed to have two surgeries. Absolutely horrible experience. It didnt matter how hard I advocated for him they just didnt care. The front staff also harassed me repeatedly whenever I was waiting for him in the waiting room. Glad we left.

Absolutely horrible! No one answers the phone, and the referrals were not done right. I almost had to cancel my gastro appointment today because they didnt send over the insurance referral, (my referral appointment was a week prior). They said it was my job to get a fax number? No one told me this. Never heard of this in my life. They can also look this information up on Google. They said the office should have told me at check out, of course they did not. I believe this entire practice is incompetent. I would never go here again! Avoid this place like the plague!

I am new to the practice and I have had to call the office @ 3-4 times. The staff has been 100% patient and kind. They are knowledgeable and understanding.
