We have known Sug for over 5 years now and used her services for renting as well as selling our house in Southborough MA. She is very professional, is aware of the rules and what it takes to get things done. She helped us to get the house staged effectively, priced it correctly and was very transparent in her communication. She has a great work ethic and is extremely helpful. I don't know how we would have gone through the house-buying process without Sug! We were looking in the spring and summer of 2022, when the market was out of control for buyers. We looked for months and made 13 offers before finally getting our house. Sug was incredibly responsive, which is a quality that is so hard to find these days. She also clearly knows the metrowest area very well, and made helpful suggestions about other areas we could look beyond our original search parameters. She was also so helpful at pointing out issues with houses that we never would have seen ourselves. All in all, Sug was fantastic to work with and I would 100% recommend her to buyers and sellers!
