Megan has several years of real estate experience. She also knows the metro-west very well. Megan handled everything extremely well. She's intelligent, detailed, reliable, patient and down to earth. Very easy to work with and a pleasure. Megan's sales experience is superb both on the buyer/seller side. Megan is a top-notch realtor-I bought and sold through her. She's not only knowledgeable but very resourceful. She has a great network of vendors. For example, she recommended an excellent closing attorney whom I'm very happy with. Some realtors can be pushy and overly aggressive, but not Megan... she's got the perfect personality for the job. If/when I buy or sell again, I will definitely be calling Megan! She's outstanding.

Megan was a pleasure to work with. I met her at a very hard time in my life after loosing my husband. She was always patient w/ all my questions& emotions as I sold my first home. She is very honest & straightforward w/ all her details, fees & process of selling. There is not one thing that comes to my mind as a negative thing in Megan & her real estate business. If you are looking for a realtor we highly recommend Megan. Her knowledge of the area and experience shined. Her team, photographer and videographer did an amazing job. The photos and video walk through of our home was WOW! Also part of Megans team is a stager. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical and was not ready to make big and expensive or time consuming changes. We were pleasantly surprised. The small changes, ie shifting furniture around, removing a piece of furniture made a big difference. The suggestions and tips were spot on! Our home sold the weekend it hit the market.
