Selina is a super professional agent. My husband and I knew nothing about buying a house before we met her. But we finally found our favorite house and get our offer accepted within only five days. She guided us step by step, from introducing loan officer, getting an approval letter, investigating the price around the neighborhood, sending out an offer, negotiating with sellers agent, to finally introducing a great lawyer and title company, signing the PS and final documents, as well as giving us many valuable tips during the whole processes.
