      image I would give them a zero if I could. I have spent two years trying to resolve something that should be very simple with them. They look for ways to make things difficult. There are three departments for the mortgages and none of them communicate with one another. Its a constant guessing game. I was assigned a representative- in these two years I have never once been able to get her on the phone or leave a message for her even. You will speak to someone new each time and they will start at the beginning. And will honor nothing l
