New Nails Spa

I hate to put reviews like this but today was my first time to go to this salon and my last time as well. Called for a pedicure appointment, came for the appointment and got the service. I asked to get a manicure service as well during my service asked the guy who sat me down and he ignored what I asked for, then after done with pedicure I asked the guy who took care of me he yelled at me and refused saying you only booked for pedicure we cant take you we dont have time. Thats really really disrespectful for a customer who is getting a service at your place and already there. What kind of communication is that! Remove then the Walk in sign on your door! Ridiculous seriously the way that they told me cant take me for manicure because I just booked for pedicure not for both. You should care about your customers and not to refuse to give them service even though you guys are busy you can still make an effort and try to satisfy customers requests. Its my first time to experience a situation like that. Dont put false advertising on your door when you have a walk in sign and dont take it even though I had already an appointment but asked for an extra service during my visit!

I online booked an appt the night before. They were very busy when they got there, and we waited over 20 mins. We were a little frustrated, as what is the point of making an appt if they make you wait anyways? However, they thanked us for waiting and made our pedicures worth the wait. It was the Saturday before Easter so they were extremely busy-even people who had appts after us were stuck waiting. It seems like they need better time management, but we had Jason and Sophia who took wonderful care of us. They did amazing clean up of our feet. The steam during the massage is really nice, and they even gave us shoulder massages after. They were very kind and apologized for the wait, a Saturday before a holiday is very busy. I will definitely be back but dont go without an appt! Jason is very personable and I will be requesting him in the future.

had a lovely time getting the Lavender Spa Pedicure. I was well taken care of & I feel absolutely refreshed. went a little otherworldly & chose an alien green color. thank you!
