I have been a customer since 1998 and excellent, honest service - so worth the wait (if I ever had to, which I can't remember) - and consistent. Not only have they helped me but on numerous occasions you can find these guys helping others as well. I remember one of the brothers helping a member of the deaf community with patience and assurance. I cannot say enough good things about these guys - so hard to find decent, ethical people in the car business.

Newly relocated to Framingham two years ago, these guys were recommended to us by trusted longtime locals. I have used them for inspections and oil & cabin air filter changes, but no repairs. Do they have free coffee, pastries, WiFi and a waiting room with a diaper changing station?? UMMMMM NO. This is a blue collar, meat & potatoes, straight up auto repair shop and gas station. Their Sunoco gas prices are always very competitive with AL Prime and other cheapo unbranded stations nearby. I have had a total of 4 inspections done, and none has turned into an attempt to 'sell' me anything. That just feels straight up reasonable to me. At the last visit I asked them to give a quick visual once-over to my 2011 Buick that gets 2000 miles/year of use. I was worried about safety related issues, as I may be doing a round trip to Arizona soon. The Buick got a thumbs up, no extra charge. Paul or Jason (not sure which) also gave us a solid recommendation for UltraShine Collision in Marlboro; the body work and customer service provided by UltraShine was great, and the recommendation from McGuires was appreciated. I don't understand these one star reviews from people whose only interaction was a brief conversation, and who've done no actual business with these guys.
