Very good experience picking out frames here this weekend - I'm very grateful to Mabell for checking my insurance and helping me get a good chunk of the cost covered! And I'm unfortunately not sure of his name but the gentleman who helped me with prescription sunglasses last year was also great. Thank you!

They had decent options for frames but the worker was so rude. I was asking simple questions and apparently I was asking too many and too fast. I was not being rude but was told I was "a little much" simply because I knew what questions I needed to ask to find a pair I would be happy with. Would not come back because she also wouldn't answer any questions straight forward. Very unhappy :(
