Right Track Painting & Sealcoating

They came and painted a few ceilings for us. Within days it was bubbling. They returned twice to remedy the problem. They claimed the new paint wasnt adhering to the old surface. Well now, about eight months later the paint is cracked and on the verge of flaking off. Update, within a half hour of posting this, Jose called me and they have been back out to completely repaint all of the ceilings.
