        Extremely aggressive and vulgar. Uses threatening tactics and trashed the items of individuals going through a tough time. This man should be out of a job and I plan to make it my business to prove his lawlessness and the fraud he perpetuates.

        I met with this man 1 YEAR ago ...I had a an execution judgement in my favor. I had been to several lawyers previously, and was ready to give up ,but Scott gave me hope and said that the hard part is done ..you have a court judgement!!!. let's go get him !! Well it's been a year and he hasn't even found the man !! ( even though I gave him his address and several specific locations and times where he could be found!) All I have recieved is excuses and a bill for over $400 !!! . In my opinion this man is a fraud and a crook..Please use caution !!!!

        Scott Gonfrade took pre-payment on a process service, offered no updates for 10 days after receiving payment(in spite of repeated attempts at contact). On the 10th day, he replied that he was out of office for another 11 days, still not offering an update. I have no evidence that he attempted service at all. I unfortunately had to report him to the City of Framingham, which appoints him as a Constable. He still has not reached out. Completely unacceptable business practices.

        This person is a scam artist. He goes by the name of Scott. If you are interested in using his service to have something served to the court DO NOT USE HIM! You will never see his face, nor get to talk to him for more than 5 minutes on the phone. SCAM!!!

      An individual named Alex sent process for service without prepayment after being informed all out of state process from non-attorneys needed to be prepaid.After several calls to Alex informing Alex of this and Reminding Alex of this being told to Alex, payment was finally sent out by Alex. Several attempts had already been made prior to Alex sending out prepayment.Additionally, Alex was notified we were out of state and not due back until April 3 and only have limited email and telephone access. Alex is disingenuous as to the facts.As Alex was informed, this matter will be dealt with upon our return from being out of state on April 3.Alex is also incorrect in stating this matter falls under any appointment as a Framingham constable.This Matter is being served as a federal process server, and not as a constable. This is yet another example of a non-lawyer being greatly uniformed, and putting into print false statements in order to misstate the actual facts.
