Expert knowledge combined with exceptional client experience. Over several years, Greater Boston has helped with fixes within the primary residence and four other rental properties. They stand out for their ability to take on a vast range of projects and their ability to clearly layout options for fixes keeping in mind cost and the sustainability of the repair. Their ability to remove jargon when diagnosing and repairing is refreshing. Plus, Dienyson (D) has the ability to maintain a calming presence and always assures you that it is under control. This was especially helpful in the midst of a burst pipe at one the rental properties on the recent historically cold weekend. He not only answered my call, he had a plumber there within a couple of hours, and managed the whole process to minimize damage - truly a lifesaver!

They have been critical in helping us manage apartment turnover, on tight timelines taking care of any maintenance items and cleaning for our new tenants. Wouldnt use anyone else!

I hired Dienyson and his crew for a large scale masonry project. Greater Boston Concierge started ahead of schedule and finished ahead of schedule. There was 110% communication the whole way. Dienyson is truly Bostons best concierge. GBC is now handling even more task for me from house cleaning, fall cleanups, handyman repairs and even snow removal. Truly Impeccable services, Hats off to GBC and crew!
