roaches roaches roaches. ive had roaches since i moved in and no matter how much i clean i cant keep them away. apartment management called pest control and pest control refuses to spray anymore and just left some dinky cardboard traps that barely do anything. its affecting my wellbeing and comfort of life. i dont feel comfortable in my own home and the complex doesnt care. ive also had maintenance come in and fix various things that just break again in a few months. their repairs never last

Hello Hope, Thank you for leaving us this feedback and I want to assure you that we will work with you to the best of our abilities to make sure we resolve this issue. Our pest control company comes out monthly to do routine treatments and specific treatments to any tenant that has reported a problem in their unit. The tenant must then inform us if the issue persists so we can further come up with a treatment plan; we must be made aware of this so we can address it properly, as with any Maintenance issue. I want to do everything we can to address and remediate these issues as soon as possible.
