1) Well informed workers who can properly, and intelligibly, communicate with their customers when asked a question.
2) A sense of urgency from the staff. (I had to drop off a UPS return package to Amazon with a broken, yet expensive, item in it. *No package, no refund.* The staff member told me to leave it on the counter and go. He added that he would take care of it later. I was worried my package might get stolen by a customer so I requested it be put behind the counter before I left. The staff member waved his hand at me and said that I could go and he would take care of it later. Shortly thereafter, I found a very kind and helpful staff member who was able to oblige my request. Because of her, I left with a smile.)
3) Proper signage. I couldn't find any signs indicating where to drop off my UPS package.
