        I been needed to verify the exact tax amount being refund I call and call there office and the person who did my tax return no answer or call backs its always hes with a client or hes not here right now its always something mind you this the second time I got a problem with this firm .

        It's exactly 10am and the office is closed, the day before I called and confirmed the hours and they told me they open at 9am, the website says they open at 9:30pm but it's 10am and it's still closed. Now I will be late for my work due to their irresponsibility, if they were not going to open, they would have told me the day before I called.
