        I was a loyal customer for years, but the quality of the service dropped precipitously when the owner stopped paying the drivers commission, and paid them by the hour. They provided transportation to acupuncture appointments through my medical plan. I'm from Boston originally, and Tommy's Taxi had some of the rudest drivers that I had ever encountered. Is there any way that I can give them a minus star? By the way, I am a level 5 Google Local Guide with more than 20,000 people reading my reviews.

        Great cab service, showed up on time at 415am to take me to Logan. Far better than not knowing if uber will show up.

        I ordered a taxi for a 6:30 AM pick up and the driver arrived exactly at 6:30. He was very courteous and loaded all my luggage into the cab. I have found anytime I use Tommys they are first class.
