        Have done two trips to Ireland with Travel Concepts and everything was well planned and two members of the staff traveled with us on the motor coach, could not ask for friendlier ppl to deal with. They took excellent care of us and made sure our trip was one filled with pleasant and wonderful memories. Already planning to use them for a cruise next year!

        Absolutely a RIP OFF!!!! Do NOT use these guys ever!!! They ripped me off on my flights, misled me into thinking I purchased a round-trip ticket and furthermore didn't send me the docs for the flight that I did purchase. Thanks to their ineptitude, a lot of unnecessary stress and expense was added to my vacation. Finally, NO ONE answers the phone when you try to call!!!
