Sandhya's Kitchen

My mom and I had a lesson with Sandhya and we learned to cook butter chicken, chicken vindaloo, and naan. The lesson was absolutely amazing, and she made it so easy to learn! I love Indian cuisine, and the food she taught us to cook was top-tier! Her teaching skills were impeccable and she was very warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable, about everything from India and its history, to the history and details of the dishes we were going to learn to cook, and to helpful cooking techniques! Her kitchen was such a great environment to learn to cook Indian food in (or any food!), and combined with her amazing personality, it made for a very comfortable and welcoming environment! Thank you so much, Sandhya! We had a really great time!

My boyfriend and I took a private cooking class with Sandhya and it was above and beyond our expectations!! She was so personable, kind, knowledgeable, and made things seem so understandable and simple. We learned so much and got to eat the yummiest food!

We enjoyed our cooking class very much! It was fun cooking together as a family and the food was delicious! Sandhya is a great teacher with a lot of knowledge about all of the spices.
