It's stupid it's horrific and in my opinion I would suggest that no one lives here in my opinion this place is beautiful but that's just the looks half the stuff can be broken half the people here are loud it's overpriced just in my opinion I wouldn't live here anyone else can have their own opinion but that's mine

I would first like to say I have worked in the real estate industry for a while. What I experience here is crazy. Yes, the apartments are nice. I was the very 1st person to rent the apartment so that was pretty cool having new appliances. The original staff that opened the doors when we first moved in were very nice, very friendly, seem like they was eager to help the tenants with whatever the issue was very polite never made you feel different from the next resident. The staff that we have now is OK Im never going to put someone down deliberately however with the change then its changed all around not as friendly. Even one of the original staff said it didn't feel the same. Just a different temperature. I guess you could say theyre not eager to help you every year they go up on the rent, there have been so many good tenants that were living but then once their lease was up, they left because of the expense. If you expect a dog park, there is no dog park even though I know that one is not listed so there are times when you may have your pup with you and you come through the door and if another person has a dog then, there could be a bad interactions They also may tell you not to go with your dog up to peoples balconies however, when you address the issue with them and tell them about it then its like they just tell you they cant do anything which is kind of the same thing if they tell you that they smell someone smoking in the building but if you go and tell them, theyll just tell you to call 911 Im getting ready to transfer to another apartment. I could be shooting myself in the foot by saying this, but I feel like it should be said, Im transferring to another apartment. I am a disabled veteran by myself in this area, kinda middle age and yet Im doing this move by myself I asked them would I be able to put my things in the upstairs apartment and give them the key during working hours I wouldnt hold onto the key Ill go get the key Put a few things in there and then give them back the key before closing seeing that Im doing this move on my own and they told me that they couldnt I have never been in a rental situation with the landlord would not let you put things into the new apartment, especially knowing that Its gonna take a moment and if you tell them that you dont have anyone else helping you I just feel that it is so crazy the way they address certain things. Im a good tenant. I dont complain much. I have not caused any trouble yet. Theres no consideration also this summer the neighbor upstairs flooded my flooded his apartment , I came home to my dogs going crazy to the alarm going off and it look like a waterfall coming in my apartment. I am a artist as well so I had canvases and other equipment out and they brought in five large fans to try to dry it out there was no kind of consideration of the stress that it was put on myself and on my dogs with the loud noise , nothing no kind of compensation. I had to ask for it because this went on for weeks. This is just some of the things that go on around this apartment. I dont know why everyone is doing a five star I dont know if theyre just going in and out and not not really having any issues , but this is not a five star. This is not a five star apartment even though its new even though its near the market yes its near the beach everything about it or around it I should say is a plus, however when you dont have staff to work with their clients and its not just me I have spoken to other residence And its just crazy. Its crazy on the way they interact with you. Yes we have the events. Yes they do. Try to send out the emails or whatever but theres no real warm feeling here. My next-door neighbor is literally the fourth person that has lived there and on my other side its been three people who have lived in that apartment 5 Star? Why are these people moving out every year especially if youre talking to them and you know that its not a temporary thing that they wouldve stayed here. If the rent didnt go up every year.

Property manager has received over a dozen complaints about one neighbor making excessive amounts of noise. He did not get back to me personally at all. The maintenance informed me that there is not insulation between apartments. Do not rent here, the noise has not stopped since I moved in. I am talking excessive amounts of noise, I dont mind tv or music playing.

Beautiful apartments. Place is maintained well. They host lots of events to keep it alive. Walking distance to grocery, pharmacy and shopping plaza.

We've been here for about a year and a half now and it's been pretty nice. The apartments are nice and new with modern appliances. Everything is HGTV grey, but it's a nice neutral backdrop for whatever your furnishing style is. Property management has been great. They are always friendly and responsive to a fault. Maintenance visits have been quick and pleasant. There is a cleaning crew that keeps the common areas very clean and tidy, I hear them vacuuming the hallways weekly, at least. Snow is cleared quickly and efficiently and the grounds are kept very tidy. They are apartments, so you can hear life going on around you if you're listening for it. But, our neighbors have all been nice and nobody ever really makes much noise. The leasing office organizes occasional activities (often with catered food) to encourage residents to meet, mingle, and get to know each other. Bumping into people with their puppies in the elevator is often the highlight of my day! Overall, we're pretty happy to be here. Certainly can't beat the location...5 minutes from the beach and all the shops in Gloucester Crossing right next door.
