Edit**after implementing kiosks and being able to take your time and order made a huge difference. No more mistakes and I get fresh food made hot to order when I order this way. I skip the line order and sit down and wait for my food. It says please be seated while an employee brings you your meal however they make you get up and get it which is fine. But they just put it on the counter and do t even call your order number which is aggravating but I will give 3 stars across the board for the improvements. See previous review below. But I only gave pelana steakhouse 4 .5 star review so he happy with a 3 star lol your mcds guy I frequent this establishment due to it being the only fast good joint in the town of Gloucester. Most visits are average with the exception of always having to double check the order before we leave because items tend to be mixed up or missing. I usually also ask for no pickled on my burgers to ensure a fresh made burger only to see that instead of a fresh burger I get on off the warmer with pickles clearly taken off of them due to the discoloration of the cheese along with the imprint still leaving the taste of pickles on the burger. Bathrooms are usually clean sometimes I refuse to use it. Some of the staff are very polite and good at their job well others are down right rude and don't deserve to work with the public. All in all its average burger joint no better or worse than then next McDonald's
