On our trip to Great Barrington, we stopped by a Staples to ship out a huge package to Canada. What a great customer service we have received from Patricia and Meagan who worked that evening! Everything was handles with ease and friendliness, and they took care of all our needs. Great store and great experience. Thank you so much guys

I recently bought a printer at GB Staples. I went back a week later, because the copying and scanning were different than my previous printer. I wanted to ask a few questions about it. The service clerk refused to give me any answers, because I had not purchased the extended warranty. He told me that I would be getting his knowledge and not paying for it. Very unhappy with my experience!

Great Thank you to "Johnathon" at Staples, this guy knows exactly what I need and goes above and beyond to help get me in and out quickly. He is the go to guy and very professional. I have had some bad experiences at this store in the past but he makes up for it, he should be the manager, in my opinion, he is awesome! He knows the store in and out, he knows exactly where and what you need and where it is and very up front and eager to help always with a bright smile.
