I had considered becoming a coach for many years before deciding to join Katherines group coaching program, but I wasnt quite sure about my path forward. Seeing the powerful transformation that Katherine's coaching evoked in otherssuch as witnessing a fellow participant go from feeling stuck while writing her dissertation to completing it and receiving her doctoratehelped me get clear that I wanted to enter coaching training myself. I am now completing coaching training and offering one-on-one coaching sessions. Im excited to share many of Katherines tools with my own clients such as her comprehensive to-do list template and somatic exercises to help clients choose between different paths. Im grateful that I chose group coaching over individual coaching. In group coaching, I was inspired by other participants growth and progress, and I was able to see my own growth mirrored in others experiences. Katherine held space for our small group to build community, explore our similar interests, and grow in our own work. I still meet regularly with my last coaching group, and we support one another through weekly email check-ins and biweekly Zoom calls. It is inspiring to see other creators who are on a similar journey and to support them on their path.

"When I first started working with Katherine I was feeling very down and stuck about my writing career. Having gotten an MFA a decade before, I had spent the intervening years building a successful business, but I couldn't seem to get my own creative work off the ground. She patiently worked with me to tease out the issues holding me back in every aspect of my life, and to figure out the conditions that would support me to become the writer I wanted to be. We started meeting in December, in January I began writing a novel, and by May I had found an agent for the book! There's no question in my mind that without her directed, incisive coaching I would not have been able to move forward as quickly and successfully as I have. I can not recommend Katherine's coaching highly enough!"

Over and over I am meeting former clients of The Center Callings and Courage, and I am floored with the change of the people graduating the program. It is inspiring and anyone seeking a life or job change should chat with Katherine first.

I came to Katherine feeling lost, confused and mired in shame about not being able to get my Integrative Health Coaching business off the ground. I was convinced that all I needed was some coaching around how to be more organized and efficient around running a business, but with Katherines guidance, I soon realized that I needed to back up and gain more clarity around what I wanted my coaching practice to accomplish and who my intended clients were. Katherine taught me skills around how to gather this information both empirically, and through journaling activities, as well as how to succinctly articulate this information. The skills we practiced together increased my personal and professional confidence and helped me realize that my goals were more in alignment with social work than with a private coaching practice. Within a few months of that realization I had applied, been accepted, and completed my pre-requisites for social work school and Im thrilled to report that Ive started school and Ive begun an internship at an Integrative Cancer Center; exactly where I want to be. Katherines skill at interweaving the emotional, spiritual and business aspects of career is as astounding as it is rare, and I can say without any hesitation that working with her was one of the best decisions I made this year.

Katherine is an amazing coach and extremely warm hearted, caring, positive person. She comes up with creative and mind-opening ways to re-frame your issues that lead to discovering for yourself what is best for you. I have used her as a business coach to figure out where to focus my attention and have learned how to ask for help from multiple people when I am considering a business decision. When there was an issue that was not in her wheelhouse, she helped me think about how else to approach it and what type of person to look for for further assistance. If you have any lack of clarity or confidence, she will support you with ease and empathy. I cannot make a stronger recommendation. Anyone feeling stuck, or with confusion about their career or their purpose can benefit from working with her. Working with her is the best money I have spent on building my business.
