        My kiddos have been training at Torrent for about six months now. They were completely new to the sport and immediately felt welcomed and part of the Torrent team. They love jiu-jitsu and are excited to go to class every week and ask about it almost every day. The kids program is a great mix of training and fun. The instructors are caring, compassionate, and keep the kids engaged. As a parent, I would highly recommend Torrent Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. My kids are learning how to be more confident and how to advocate for themselves. They are more active and are also learning how to win and lose.

        I have truly enjoyed my experience at Torrent and am impressed with the school that Mike has put together. As an older practitioner, it was important to me that I have some flexibility and choices in selecting how intense (or not!) that I am able to train. I have blended in seamlessly, and greatly appreciate the warm welcome from Mike, his instructors and his students.
