To start with I am a fan of Chipotle, but visits like today make me want to stay away. The dinning area is disgusting. Not one clean table, garbage bins running over onto the floor and we walked in with one person in front of us and one came behind - so it wasnt super busy like in Hingham Customer service is non existent here. Rude and unhelpful. I could barely understand the first person asking what I would like and tried to be pleasant but it was just what eles and pushing me along. Brown rice is undercooked but the other parts of the food were good. Disappointing to pay extra for guacamole and only get a partial spoon full. In all there seems to be no leadership or effort at this location - disappointing to say the least!

I left this place singing in jubilee. The atmosphere is beyond Pluto and better than joeys hairline as for the workers, especially motty I have had nothing but prestige experiences I am treated like I am at a michelin 5 star restaurant day in and day out but if I had to give an individual the MVP award look no further than Motty, honarable memtion to fartrell as he comes in a close second and vicky as she comes in a close 3rd both employees are putting in the work to meet their full potential and I truly believe they will get there someday. Finally my third point pertains to the food, I personally order a burrito bowl with chicken and white rice and absolutely nothing else on it. It is a flavor food seasoned ball that pertains to local American culture in a fantastic way. I think that it is rather out of my comfort zone but motty makes me feel comfortable and gives me the confidence to eat it, my bowl is unique and I think it suits my large palette well, again I have nothing but good things to say about this place I would give it a five star without a second thought, and again, I just wanna shout the best employee of all time my main man Motty.

Stop by to eat the typical burrito that I always eat at the Waltham location on main st stop by here in Hanover and look at another location well I said I'll have a burrito for lunch the beans are salty the rice is hard it's not cooked the guacamole is good At the entrance to the door there are some plates full of winged rice lying around. The cashier is full of garbage on the floor and he asked me if he doesn't have any. A manager to keep them clean in place. 6 people there and none of them tending to clients until this location, I will never return

The place is disgusting. There is trash everywhere the food tastes nasty and the employees are oblivious. They need a whole makeover.
