Brandon Beatty at Homestead did a awesome job helping me get a loan to buy my first house, he walked me through the process and made it simple for me to understand. He worked with my real estate agent the whole time just to make sure everyone is on the same page and whenever I called him with any kind of questions regarding my loan he had the answer. If you need a reverse mortgage Homestead Mortgage is the place to go. I dealt with their reverse mortgage specialist, David Tourtillott. He's been working with these kind of mortgages for 17 years and his experience shows. He provided a perfect roadmap for each stage of the process. Dave was able to tell me what was due and when and about how long each step would take. Dave's service was so personalized and personable I felt as though I was the only customer. He went above and beyond to help make the mortgage happen while keeping   me safe from COVID. All meetings were masked and socially distanced and best of alloccurred in my home. Dave made everything clear and non-threatening; answering all my questions. No matter how many times he had to explain, he never made me feel stupid. I would not have received the very best Christmas present, a roof over my head, if not for the patience and knowledge of Dave Tourtillott and Home stead Mortgage.
