James is the man! Not only has he been a friend of mine for years, but he recently helped my wife and I get into our first home. We got an offer accept and closed within 30 days. The entire process was smooth and he was patient with me as I asked a million questions along the way. The only reason why it took 30 days and not 10-15 is because I needed to file my taxes early which delayed the process for him, otherwise it would have been done much faster.
