Pottery Playce

I just completed a pottery project for a school fundraiser for the second year in a row at the Pottery Playce. Everyone there is so helpful and accommodating! They ensure the pottery comes out exactly how I envision and go above and beyond to help me create something special year after year. We are lucky to have this special place in our community!

Great experience! Lots of different priced pottery to pick from, variety of colors and brushes, and theyre very helpful if its your first time.

I did not have a good experience and will not be going back. The manager was very unprofessional and the owner did nothing when I told her all the trouble I went through to finally get my daughters pottery after they lost it. My sister took my daughter over February vacation to the Pottery Playce. She got a call saying her pottery was ready for pick up a couple of weeks later. I went to pick it up and the manager could not find it. I was very understanding, however I never got a call back. Called again a couple of days later still didnt find it. She finally called back and said she finally found it and was apologetic. She said she would drop it off at my house. She never did and never even called. I go to the store two days later and it wasnt there it was at the managers house. The owner was there and I told her the situation. She called the manager and I had to wait while the manager came to the store to drop it off. She just dropped it off quickly at the front door. She did not even come in to apologize. The owner knew of the whole situation and could have given me a gift card or something for all of my trouble. Even a simple apology would have been enough. I was very understanding the entire time. I would have been fine if I was compensated in some way. I felt like it was bad business, hopefully in the future they will learn to correct the situation and treat their customers better.

you don't get to take home your finished painted pottery same day takes about a week or so ,other than that staff was great nice atmosphere kids had fun!
