I came home at 5pm to find my house at 61 degrees and the boiler off. No biggie, reset it and all was good. Until an hour later and water was pouring out of the back of my unit. I called efficiency plumbing and they took care of me ASAP. Carlo gave me a detailed explanation of what happened and how they would repair it. The technicians came and did exactly what had been discussed. Very professional and gave a walkthrough on the work they did once they were done. Highly recommended!!!

Efficiency Plumbing recently did work in my home. They installed a 3 zone whole house heat pump, on demand tankless water heater and a whole house water filtration system. The process from estimate to completion was seamless. Efficiency is a Mass Save contractor so I was able to take advantage of 0% financing and received a Mass Save rebate of $10,000. They are the only plumber and HVAC company I will use.

The team at Efficiency is next to none. Responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. They came out last spring to get my AC running again, and then came back again to restart my furnace ahead of a winter freeze. Their crews take the time to explain exactly what the issues is and how they plan to fix it. Couldnt recommend better contractors if I tried!
