Wanda, I understand your frustration. Customers are our priority at all times. However, you have ordered twice and claimed fraud. I also have to be mindful that when someone claims fraud, it’s a red flag for us. We investigate. It wasn’t fraud. Deliveries are done daily. If we arrive and someone isn’t home to receive the perishable gift, we call them, we put a door tag to call us. We do re deliver to customers and that is a courtesy on our part to redeliver at no charge. We will not leave a perishable gift outside not knowing if someone will be home in less that 10 minutes.so yes, sometimes it is easier for customers to pick it up because of their schedule. That doesn’t mean we didn’t attempt the delivery. No company will deliver For no charge more than once. It would be left on the porch regardless. Our mission is to always resolve any concerns of our customers. We will always be kind, listen, and resolve. We can’t do that if we are being screamed at. I hope that this clears up and explains your concerns.
