Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation is probably the greatest lender in the market today. My fiancee and I just moved into our newly constructed home a week ago, thanks to Fairway! The loan officers were very professional and helpful. As first time home buyers, we were so nervous yet excited at the same time about how the mortgage application would turn out to be. Luckily, the loan officers took us through every stage professionally and answered our questions in a timely manner. We were able to secure a good rate that was locked in months before the projected closing date. The loan officers made the entire process of getting the mortgage easy, simplified, and transparent.
