Mark and his entire crew are hands down the most professional and customer centric people in the business. They have helped me in multiple piano moving services and even saved me thousands of dollars (when they didn't need to) just because it was the right thing to do. I am a customer for life!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Mark and team. After looking on "the marketplace" for a first piano, it made sense to avoid the "move it yourself and find someone to service and tune it" path and look for a professional. I was intimidated at the thought of shopping for a piano. But Mark patiently and passionately taught me so much about both acoustic and digital pianos in just the first 20 minutes of meeting him. I found a great acoustic piano that was within my budget (side note: Mark's sales approach is absolutely zero pressure). Mark and family delivered the piano to my home like champs. They make it look easy! If you're looking for a piano, don't settle for inheriting someone's "anchor" on social media, go see Mark!

Mark is extremely knowledgeable about pianos and it is evident by the way he speaks how passionate he is about his business. Him and his family did an excellent job delivering the piano in perfect condition to our home. It was an easy and pleasant experience that I would highly recommend.

I purchased a piano for my daughter and the entire experience was awesome! Mark provided customer service that went above and beyond what I expected! He explained the whole purchase process to me, took the time to show me how the piano functions, and helped me move it to my car. It is clear that Mark is really passionate about pianos! I loved being able to patronize a four generation family business, get an excellent deal, and receive excellent customer service! I cannot recommend Mark highly enough!
