Went to have a battery replaced, car came back with the hood unable to latch closed. Prices the same as any other mechanic. Nice enough folks, but now have to deal with added unnecessary issues for a simple task. Not professional in work ethic. Needless to say, won't be returning.

We live around the corner from Northampton Tire. When we lost our cat I went into Northampton Tire and found her asleep in a tire display. Russ and the crew had taken her in, fed her, got her a litter box and taken her to the vet to see if she had a chip in her to identify her owner. They'd found her wandering on King St. and wanted her to be safe.
I am updating this review to say that we had a problem with the traction control/ABS brakes on our Honda and Lia Honda of both Enfield and Northampton, Hyannis Honda and Balise Honda all tried to fix it and couldn't. They all charged us money but the problem never went away. Northampton Tire took one crack at it and it was fixed. We paid over $1000 to dealers who failed to fix the problem.
After 10 years of great honest service I wouldn't go elsewhere.

Awesome place! Had one flat tire and a screw in another and they fit me in last minute in a full book. Very honest, kind, helpful employees that will have your best interest in mind. I highly recommend this shop.
