We purchased an Etron this past Nov. from this dealer. The sales team and the manager were all great. They emphasized that we now have a TEAM of Audi specialist backing us and our vehicle including what we pitched as a great service department. We live in Wayland so the drive to this dealer from my house is an hour and a half without traffic. I made an appointment more than a week ago online and noted the issues that needed to be addressed. Our Audi remote had not been properly cleared and therefore we could not personalize both remotes to the drivers. We cannot fully register for our Audi app which in nearly a necessity. Our driver setting are also affected by this and memory of our driver settings are inconsistent whereby one of the most attractive features of this car were not being offered fully. IThere were other small issues with the car that needed to be addressed under warranty. We also requested a service vehicle given that it's a three hour drive roundtrip and Uber-ing or paying for a rental car ourselves on warranty work of an Audi is just preposterous. I spoke to Matt in the service dept. prior to the day of my appointment just in case. A team player he was not and referred my issue with the remote to sales and told me that they should have taken care of it and told me to speak to someone in sale. He then told me that he has no service vehicles. Again, I made the appointment a week ago specifically requesting a loaner car, an offering that was pitched to me during the sales pitch back in Nov. I don't know what sort of a team the people at Audi at Cape Cod are used to, but when the fault was from your side, don't pass the buck and blame someone else. Don't pass the buck and make the owner team with it again. I have already contacted your sales team several times and contracted Audi America to resolve the issue without success. My so-called TEAM of Audi experts at Cape Cod Audi refuses to help me with an issue on the vehicle they sold me and I can't even get a courtesy vehicle. We did NOT buy a Dodge. We bought an Audi Etron. My previous Audi was bought from the Westwood dealer. I have never been denied a service vehicle even on an oil change.
