        Definitely going down hill, Panera is good but the service here isnt. Theres lazy cutting of corners, like you order a long sandwich and no one cuts it where you are supposed to cut it, and the sandwiches feel like they are made with spite, dont get the Caprese sandwich, I have gotten it twice and both times I felt like I was just eating soggy bread with basically nothing inside, except a spiteful amount of the peppers and like three tomatoes.
