We needed a delivery vehicle for our business and dropped in last Wednesday, the last week of March. The salesperson barely looked up from the computer, didnt want to answer any questions we had (we are not that knowledgeable about delivery cars / trucks and had questions) and barely unlocked one of the three delivery trucks they had on the lot for us to peak inside. It was so awkward. We went to Ford and bought a brand new Transit off their lot from the most helpful and attentive guy - Jeff. I need a personal truck and would never consider this dealership after this experience.

We recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee and were absolutely thrilled with the customer service we received at Premier Cape Cod. Not only was everyone courteous and professional but also super helpful. Rob was our main contact and he was so pleasant to work with keeping us informed every step in the process. I would highly recommend purchasing from Premier. They are the best!
