We randomly called this company along with three others, to get quotes on a commercial job at our dog kennel. Of the 4, only two ever responded. And of the two responders, Custom Coatings blew the other out of the water with their stellar communication, pricing, plan of action, and professionalism. Job was performed on time and at our convenience, to minimize the amount of time our business would need to be closed. After the job, we had some minor issues with how things had been put back together. Jake and his brother Devin immediately resolved the issue and continued the good customer service and communication throughout. This is a family run business that utilizes old school, family pride, the result being a fantastic job and great looking end product. Even the mens aunt, Brandi, is involved with some of the office work and handled our concerns with professionalism. We have no regrets with our finished product. The floors look fantastic, this company stuck to their original quote, and always made us feel like we were the customer and their job was to make us happy. You know.the way businesses used to be! At 63years of age I must admit that I hate when companies make me feel like theyre doing me a favor by providing a service. These young men understand the old fashioned way of doing business, that the customer is always right. I was very much impressed by their maturity and business acumen for such young men. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Custom Coatings to anyone looking for a great epoxy flooring job. Thrilled with the results and thrilled with the communication throughout.
