Bill and his sons showed up early on a Sunday to install a split in our family room. At our first meeting we appreciated his professionalism and practical advice. At the same time, he had a sense of humor during the install that we and the guests in our home enjoyed. He also took time during the install to help us set up the smart technology. We would highly recommend Bill; his efficiency shows he knows what he is doing, he offers a decent price (his was the median of four estimates), he communicates very effectively through his online portal, and he completes the work in a timely and neat manner. I'll start by saying the job was completed as describe by Bill and his team. Very happy with the results of products installed. Nice clean straight lines of installed products. And cleaned up after them selves.
