        This is one of those real estate office that takes your $$ but doesnt bother to do a credit check. Makes no sense. Never returned my phone calls either. For some reason Out of two applicants I was not picked, without a credit or background check?

        Hi Morriah,As I said in our recent conversation we did do a credit and background check, all of our applications go through the same processing. We did have more than one application on this property and the landlords chose the other applicant.
