        On 10/11, I came here, and this one lady had no idea what she was talking about. I came here to get a paper for something but she couldn't print it for me. I will not come here again if I don't have to

        I have never had a worse customer service experience in MY LIFE!! All I needed was to speak to a customer service representative and that could not be achieved.. the government should be EMBARRASSED!!! Ive called four different assistant lines all leading me to the same ending. I cannot leave a voice message I cannot speak with a person I cannot email them. I have no way of getting the information there website is very incompetent!
