My wife and I have lived here for over a year and it has been a good value for what what we pay. Maintenance is prompt and the office staff have been nothing but friendly.
Only issue is that outside noise/sound, especially the snow plow late at night, comes right through the exterior walls.
Edit: They seem to start landscaping at the earliest times allowed and don't care that the noise of the leafblower/weedwhacker comes right through the walls. It's like it's in our apartment. Forget trying to finish my nights sleep...
If you don't wake up early for work, don't move here. Your sleep will be repeatedly interrupted by near constant work on the property. When the maintenance people speak outside, it's like they are in the apartment. The jackhammer starting at 7:30 sounds like it's in the next room.

Wonderful place to live! The management team/leasing office is very helpful and welcoming, the buildings are clean and well-kept, and the community overall felt safe and friendly. The maintenance team is excellent, nearly all of my requests were responded to same-day, and the maintenance staff were always friendly and fixed the issue fast.
I did find that the ceilings/floors were VERY creaky, to the extent that if my upstairs neighbor was simply walking around their master bedroom very late at night/early in the morning, it would be loud enough to wake me up out of sleep and could only be drowned out by turning on the A/C unit or a fan. This issue very well may have been specific to my apartment unit (considering only some areas of the ceilings/floors were creaky). Aside from this, I have nothing but praise for the team here, and overall enjoyed my stay!
