These people are awesome!!! They think things out, clearly are experienced, keep amazing records, explain what need to happen and WHY they do what they do thing the way they do, incredibly responsive, professional and their prices are reasonable. I'll go back to them every time and send everyone I know. JUST EXCELLENT

The motor broke on our garage door because it was installed incorrectly by someone else. So glad Eastern was able to help us out and fix it. Our tech, J.C. was very experienced and knowledgable . He took such pride in his work, rebalancing the door and adding springs so that it won't happen again. Now the garage door is so quiet and smooth. While he was here, he tuned up our second garage door and replaced a few small parts so that it, too, is operating smoothly. Highly recommend.

I was referred to Jimmy by another company which said they did not work in my area. Jimmy was great on the phone and was on time for our appointment. He came up with good solutions to replace my old manual garage door with a new door and automatic opener. A couple of days later Jimmy sent me a written quote which I thought was fair. And that's the last I heard from Jimmy. I tried emailing and calling him many times. No response whatsoever. I really thought something terrible must have happened to him. So I didn't write a review at that time. Now that I see he has done a number of jobs since the end of last year, I thought it was time to let people know how I was treated.

I called Eastern Garage Door to give me an estimate on a new garage door to be installed. I am finishing up a total exterior remodel of my house and a garage door is the last thing on my list. I called in the morning and a rep showed up in the afternoon. I was not concerned about the expense for the door since I just spent a substantial sum to get my house remodeled. My neighbor across the street had a sectional carriage door installed and I told the rep I wanted something very similar. He gave me a handout with doors and I chose a door. He took measurements and told me he would call with a quote within two days. It has been one week and still no response. I figured that he was not interested in my $4K donation to his company. I do not understand these companies who do not follow up with their work. Money is money and when they are in a slow down, they would be glad to have that $4k.

Three phone calls and messages and never a call back! Their message says we will call back within 5 minutes.......my opinion? Don't say that if you aren't going to do it. Poor customer service.
