This is my second review I post to the Better Business; please post it Because this law firm deserves to be recognized for all they hard work for protecting Consumers from Bill Collectors.
I worked with Jeffery and his law firm need to be praised. I contacted many law firms to get help with a lot of harassing calls from bill collectors, and no one would accept my case.
But once I contacted Jeff, he and his law firm started to work on my case within minutes after they received proof from me that I was actually being harassed by the bill collectors, and they immediately drafted up a letter to the bill collectors to cease and stop contacting me and had me sign it and send it off right away, and so far, it's been working. I highly recommend this law firm for any bill collectors or any other services that they may offer. Yes I am very satisfied thanks to you all for protecting my rights and laying down the law to the bill collectors. I will always refer others to your firm

Legal rights advocate stopped the phone calls that were happening up to 20 times a day. I would highly recommend them if you are receiving harassment, phone calls. The minute they sent the letter to the creditors everything stopped.

I was forced to pay something in full, with false threats of me going to court if its not paid that same day, being told I was accused of fraud, etc. I kept trying to call the accusing company after seeing a post of people getting scammed with false threats of court. I accidentally called Mark because of what Google showed me as I was searching for that company. He asked me about the company and were specific things happening to me, I said yes confusingly. He told me what the accusing company did was illegal. He took on my case, emailed me documents, and a little over a month he got my fees and everything else waived by winning the case because what happened to me was wrong. It also caused A LOT of hardship having to pay the accusing company $1300+ instantly out of pocket the day I got the threats. Mark has also got me $500 back on top of everything being waived. Im impressed, Im thankful, I didnt have to come out of pocket for ANYTHING and let me add Im not even in the same state as him. He was also very friendly, knowledgeable and checked in with me to keep me updated. I would recommend him to anyone who was in the same situation as I when it came to a loan company making threats if I didnt pay in full that day. I do know if it ever happens again, who I can call
